Nicholas Ray Webb, 19, has recently moved within Mason County and is required to register as a sex offender due to two sex crime convictions, according to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
Webb has been convicted twice of first-degree child molestation, when he was 11 and 14 years old. The victims were a 2-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, both of whom he knew.
Additional reports state that Webb also disclosed sexually assaulting another 2-year-old boy, an 8-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl.
Webb is assessed by the Sheriff’s Office as a Level 3 sex offender, the highest level given, and meaning that the subject is at a high risk to re-offend.
Webb has given his address as within the 1 to 100 block of Northeast Creekview Place, Tahuya.
