About last week: In two Timberline victories, Parsley was the winning pitcher over North Mason and Centralia and combined for 15 strikeouts. In the Blazers' thrilling 4-3 win over the Tigers, Parsley was 2-for-3 with two doubles and the game-winning RBI. She also pitched a complete game, going seven innings, getting eight strikeouts and walking only one.
Comment about last week: "I think we did really well for our first week coming out, and I think it was a great way to get the season started. It shows that we have good potential."
What's your favorite class at Timberline? "Independent Reading. We read the whole time, and I love my teacher."
What are your thoughts on the new buildings at Timberline? "Oh my gosh, it's gorgeous. It's really upgraded a lot."
What are your college plans? "I want to keep playing fastpitch."
Do you have a favorite pitch to throw? "My riseball. It's one of the hardest pitches to hit, and it keeps hitters off balance."
Is it hard to be the only pitcher on your team? "I like the pressure. The weeks when we have four games in a row, I know it will be a struggle to get through that fourth game."
What was the last movie you saw? "Jumper."
What's your all-time game-high in srikeouts? "Fifteen."
Is there an interesting fact about yourself? "I'm weird. I like to meet new people."
Do you have a big goal for this season? "I want to throw a no-hitter again. I threw one against North Mason last year. That was the best game I ever played. And I want to get at least 17 (strikeouts) in a game."

About last week: Champlin was the winning pitcher in an 8-0 victory over Rogers and at the plate was 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. In a 7-3 knockout of Puyallup, Champlin was 3-for-5 with one RBI.
