DOH releases final medical pot rule
The Department of Health has issued its final word on what exactly constitutes a 60-day supply of medical marijuana. Some changes to the rule were made after a heated hearing in August, when scores of advocates said the state's 6-mature, 18-immature plant limit was too restrictive."Considering those comments, we settled on and the secretary decided doing away with the distinction of immature and mature plants. They can be at any stage," said department spokesman Donn Moyer. The total number was reduced, however, to 15 plants. Here’s the press release.
