RETAIL: Starbucks sues ex-executive now at rival

Starbucks Corp. has sued a former executive over claims he violated a non-competition agreement by accepting a job with Dunkin’ Donuts Inc. Paul Twohig was a senior vice president at Starbucks until March with responsibility for retail operations in the company’s Southeast division.

Twohig couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
