Geoducks allow late goal to lose to Southern Oregon

The Evergreen State College women's soccer team gave up a goal with three minutes left and lost, 1-0, to Southern Oregon.

Evergreen freshman Amanda Garrison of Olympia left the game with a serious leg injury in the first half. The game was delayed 30 minutes as Garrison was treated.

Evergreen had a 3-2 edge in shots on goal. The Geoducks dropped to 1-6-4 overall and 0-5 in conference. Southern Oregon improved to 4-7-1 and 2-2.

Evergreen hosts Oregon Tech at 2 p.m. today.
