Peggy's Cape Breton Quick Rolls

Make your favorite biscuit dough from scratch or use the freezer case tin variety found at the local store. Roll out round. Cut into 8 pie slice shapes. Add any amount of raisins to your liking. Roll up into crescent shapes and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet. Ready when nicely browned; about 12 minutes. 375 degrees.

This recipe has been passed from generation to generation for many decades. Starting in Cape Breton Canada, and now, beyond. They can be mailed for any occasion; sad or glad, all ages enjoy them.

Peggy's Cape Breton Quick Rolls spell love in our family.
