The Community Kitchen seeks volunteers to help serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week at The Salvation Army, and lunch four days a week to teenagers at the Community Youth Services Site.

Most volunteers choose one meal per month for which they volunteer a total of approximately four hours per month. There is one lunch crew available where the commitment is one day a week for four hours per week.

For more information, call Marsha Hubbard Burch at 360-349-2808. You also can go online to verify that a place is available for you on the day/meal you have chosen. Go to www.ccsww.org, click on “shelters and homeless services” under How We Help, then select “The Community Kitchen” under the Southwest Washington column.
