North Thurston, Timberline, Tenino, Centralia and Yelm will be the South Sound teams joining Chehalis at the annual Chehalis Bearcat wrestling invitational, which begins at 10 a.m. Saturday at Chehalis High School.
Yelm, with nine wrestlers individually ranked in the Top 10 in their weight classes, is the top-ranked team in Class 3A in the latest Washington Wrestling Report statewide rankings.
Chehalis and Tumwater are ranked second and eighth, respectively, in 2A. Tumwater and Chehalis took to the mats in a 2A Evergreen Conference dual meet Thursday.
