A 10-year-old girl who was struck by a car while riding a bicycle in Marysville remained in critical condition Thursday at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

The hospital said she’s in the intensive care unit.

She was not wearing a helmet and suffered head injuries in the Wednesday afternoon incident.

Police said she rode out from between parked cars and the driver had no time to avoid hitting her.
