A 38-year-old Pasco woman accused of planning to kill her husband has been arrested for investigation of conspiracy to commit murder.

Franklin County sheriff’s officers allege in court papers that Michelle Murdock planned to sedate her 62-year-old husband John Murdock and then throw him down some stairs or off a balcony. She’s jailed on $1 million bail while prosecutors decide whether to charge her.

Sheriff Richard Lathim says John Murdock asked for help Friday night, saying the family nanny had warned him to be careful and he believed his wife was planning to kill him.
