Area providers subject of health agency actions

The Washington State Department of Health took actions regarding these Thurston County health care providers in June.

 • The Nursing Assistant Program charged certified nursing assistant Pabior C. Ajang with unprofessional conduct. He was convicted of driving under the influence more than once.

 • The Nursing Assistant Program released certified nursing assistant Angela J. Hass from terms and conditions set against her certification.
