Kara Lynn Radabah, age 19, was last seen by her family around 6:00 p.m. May 13, in the campground area of Illahee State Park in East Bremerton. Radabah was diagnosed with Schizophrenia within the past year. She was being cared for at in her East Bremerton home and she left the family residence unexpectedly.
The search area will include Illahee State Park and adjoining land and properties in East Bremerton between Rue Villa Street N.E, and then southward to the area encompassing the intersection of Trenton Avenue and Jacobsen Blvd.
Sheriffs detectives and patrol deputies are involved in a thorough investigation into this young womans disappearance, said Detective Lt. Earl Smith. This is a repeat search utilizing both ground personnel and search canines to re-confirm that no evidence was missed during the initial search on May 14.
Sheriffs detectives and SAR deputies are requesting assistance from residents in the area. Well be searching, on foot, in rural settings and in neighborhoods, added Lt. Smith. If homeowners notice anything on their property that is unusual, please contact 9-1-1.
During the first search canine teams tracked out of the park to an area around NE Sylvan Way & Perry Avenue N.E., East Bremerton, where the scent ended, indicating the possibility that Radabah had left the area in a vehicle.
Radabahs physical description: 5 06 height 130 lbs. weight brown-colored hair brown-colored eyes She was last seen wearing: Black-colored tee shirt, blue jeans and white-colored shoes.
