The Seattle Seahawks trimmed four players off their roster in an effort to get down to 75 players by Tuesday's deadline.

As earlier reported, defensive end Ricky Foley was released, along with receiver Kole Heckendorf, offensive guard Gregg Peat and kicker Clint Stitser.

The Seahawks also waived/injured defensive tackle Jonathan Lewis, who suffered a broken thumb against Minnesota.

The Seahawks now have until Saturday to get down to 53 players.
