Level 3 sex offender Michael Munger recently was released from custody and has registered indicating that he will live in the 100 block of West Storybrook Lane in Shelton, according to the Mason County Sheriff's Office.

He pleaded guilty May 11, 2000, to indecent liberties with forcible compulsion, second-degree assault and first-degree burglary. The conviction stems from Munger stalking a 13-yearold girl for a month, then forcing his way into her home, holding a knife to her chest and raping her, court papers state. He has an extensive criminal history.

Munger, 24, is described as white, 5 feet 10 and 155 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
