Federal Way police have arrested two teens in connection with a shooting early Sunday that injured two men.

The 17-year-old and 18-year-old boys are both students at Decatur High School in Federal Way and were arrested this morning at the school, Federal Way police reported. They were taken into custody without incident on suspicion of first-degree assault.

Investigators believe both fired weapons during the incident Sunday.

Meanwhile, the victims - a 20-year-old Federal Way man and 24-year-old Federal Way man - have been treated and released from hospitals.

The shooting occurred shortly after 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the 33900 block of 19th Avenue South, near Saghalie Middle School.

According to police, 30-50 Asian men were gathered when a group of eight black men approached. Someone started shooting and two of the Asian men were injured, police reported.
