An Asotin County man has been jailed after he allegedly attacked and injured three sheriff's deputies while they tried to arrest him for driving under the influence.

Luke Fogleman, 22, was booked on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and three counts of third-degree assault. His bond was set at $100,000.

According to sheriff's reports, deputies attempted to arrest Fogleman early Sunday morning after he struck a parked vehicle in Clarkston. Fogleman denied hitting the vehicle, then refused to take field sobriety tests. The three deputies suffered minor injuries while scuffling with Fogleman.
