THURSTON COUNTY: State pulls credentials of nursing assistant

The state Department of Health has permanently revoked the credentials of an Olympia-area nursing assistant accused of sexually molesting two girls, ages one-year, and three-years-old.

Spencer K. Woodruff cannot practice as a nursing assistant in Washington. The Department of Health suspended his nursing-assistant credentials in December.

He didn’t respond to the allegations, according to the department.
