EDC resource center set to offer business planning workshops

The Thurston County Economic Development Council's business resource center is set to offer business planning workshops, beginning this week.

The basics of business planning workshops, which will be held at Lacey Timberland Library, 500 College Street S.W., are 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 12, Sept. 9 and Oct. 14. The first one is Friday.

The workshops are free and will cover business structure, market analysis, marketing strategies, operations and financing.
