Starting today, I will be posting football team capsules right here on the blog. And starting in Sunday's Olympian, we begin our day-by-day football team previews.

Strengths: Experience on both sides of the ball, large turnout.
Weaknesses: Size
Outlook: The Bears aren't big at all, but they’ll make up for their lack of size with speed and strength. They’re small, especially on the lines with many guys averaging between 210-215 pounds. Senior Carlos Moiza anchors the line. Trevor Houser will be the Bears’ full-time QB, after splitting time last season with Gabe Padukiewicz, who has decided to concentrate on baseball. Senior Spenser Killman, an all-4A Narrows League running back, will again see a lot of carries after rushing for 1,115 yards and 21 TDs last season. The 4A Narrows League title could come down to Week 8, when the Bears face Bellarmine in Tacoma.
