Seattlepi.com reports that Brian Chadwick Dublin did not speak at his sentencing Friday in King County Superior Court. The 29-year-old was convicted during a trial at which he insisted the encounters were consensual or didn’t happen.
Prosecutors said that in 2003 he broke into the bedroom of a sleeping 18-year-old and raped her.
Three years later, he tried to rape a 12-year-old girl who was sharing a bedroom with her younger sister, and in January 2010, he raped a 16-year-old girl in her bedroom. That teen told police she remembered the assailant from a birthday party she had attended.
