Sales last month rose 1.36 percent to 223 units from 220 units in the year-over-year period, the combined single-family residence and condominium data show. Other data: pending sales rose 29.25 percent to 274 units from 212 units, the number of homes for sale fell 9.73 percent to 1,513 units from 1,676 units and new listings in November fell to 279 units from 287 units.
Separately, the single-family residence and condo data for November 2011/2010 looked like this:
-Single-family sales fell 0.92 percent to 216 units from 218 units.
-Single-family median prices fell 0.46 percent to $215,500 from $216,497.
-Single-family pending sales rose 24.88 percent to 261 units from 209 units.
-Number of single-family residences for sale fell 9.7 percent to 1,453 units from 1,609 units.
-New single-family listings in November fell to 271 units from 279 units.
-Condo sales rose to seven units from two units.
-Condo median prices fell 32.13 percent to $122,000 from $179,750.
-Pending condo sales rose to 13 units from three units.
-Number of condos for sale fell 10.47 percent to 60 units from 67 units.
-New condo listings in November were unchanged at eight units.
