Let’s ban everything

I write in regard to the letter about banning plastic bags.

I’m getting sick and tired of reading how plastic bags are polluting the environment and threatening wildlife.

Why don’t the do-gooders go after the manufacturers of other goods that use Styrofoam and plastic packaging that, for the most part, is nonrecyclable?

Better yet, why not ban paper and cardboard? After all, they use trees to make them.

Oh, and while you’re at it, you better tear down your house and live in the great outdoors as homes use wood, cement and other products.

You can’t live in the outdoors as you’ll be polluting everything and ruining habitat for the pocket gopher and other wildlife.

So what’s the answer?

Maybe these do-gooders should just fade into the sunset and quit polluting the air with their breath.
