Level 3 sex offender registers to move

Level 3 sex offender Timothy L. Borden has registered indicating that he plans to live in the 3800 block of Biscay Street Northwest in Olympia, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’ s Office.

According to a news release:

Borden was convicted of indecent liberties Oct. 24, 2000, in Thurston County Juvenile Court and sentenced to 15 to 36 weeks of confinement. The conviction stems from Borden, at 16, sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

He was convicted of third-degree rape Aug. 28, 2002, in Thurston County Juvenile Court and was sentenced to more than 80 weeks of confinement. The conviction stems from Borden, at 17, sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

He pleaded guilty to third-degree rape Sept. 10, 2004, in Thurston County Superior Court and was sentenced to 4½ years in prison. The conviction stems from Borden, at 19, sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman.

Borden, 27, is described as a white male, 5 feet, 4 inches and 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
