UPDATE: Still out of power? Here are the restoration estimates as of 6 a.m. today.

Last night's winds did not create significant new outages, according to Puget Sound Energy spokesman Andy Wappler. But the stormy weather did slow down crews and delayed work on existing outages by about 12 hours.

As of 11 a.m., there are about 5,000 customers without power in Thurston County.

The restoration work is completed for the Delphi Road, Hawks Prairie, Steamboat Island, Summit Lake, and West Olympia/Cooper Point areas. If you live in these areas and your power is still out Wednesday afternoon, please call 1-888-225-5773 and report your outage again. In rare cases, repair crews could miss a problem with an individual service while repairing a larger problem out on the grid. If that is the case, we would like to hear from you while crews are still in your area.

PSE customers in the Rochester area can stop by the PSE substation all day to talk with staff members and get answers to questions about power restoration schedules and more. The substation is located at 7428 183rd Ave SW, Rochester, WA 98579 (intersection of Sargent Rd. & 183rd Ave SE in Rochester).
