The employees of Lacey Cross face 25 counts for the alleged illegal sale of marijuana on the premises. James Lucas, 32, and Lance Gloor, 33, are each charged with 11 counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop; 12 counts of unlawful use of a building for drug purposes; one count of unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; and one count of unlawful manufacture of marijuana.
Lucas and Gloor’s attorney could not be reached for comment Tuesday afternoon. Both pleaded not guilty during their arraignments Tuesday.
According to court papers:
Undercover narcotics detectives used medical marijuana authorizations they’d gained under false names to buy marijuana from Lacey Cross between August and November 2011.
During the Nov. 15 raids, Thurston County Narcotics Task Force detectives seized nearly 15 pounds of marijuana from Lacey Cross.
“The Lacey Cross defendants delivered marijuana to in excess of 1,900 customers on an untold number of occasions, as evidenced by the records found on scene,” court papers state.
Lucas and Gloor are the fifth and sixth people to face charges among the 17 arrested in the raids. Prosecuting Attorney Jon Tunheim has said that he expects more people to be charged.
