Message to court was out of line

ROD TAYLOR OLYMPIAApril 7, 2012

President Barack Obama said in a White House press conference on Monday that he was confident they “will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.” What a deceiver! Congress is elected to represent the people, not blindly follow leaders who may or may not have in mind the best interests of the American people.

“But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy,” said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the 2010 Legislative Conference for National Association of Counties, 3/9/10. I sincerely doubt if many members of Congress even yet know what all is in Obamacare. We need to return to a nation of the people, by the people, and for the people.
