thurston county food bank The Food Bank is in need of clean, untorn paper grocery sacks. If you can help, please drop them off between 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, at 220 Thurston Ave. N.E., Olympia.

capital clubhouse Offers men and women with mental issues, and the homeless with resources to assist in finding jobs, meals and housing and clothing. Capital Clubhouse is in need of donations of clean, wearable clothing, tents, tarps, and blankets. Capital Clubhouse is open from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and is located at 618 Seventh Ave., S.E., Olympia. Call 360-357-2582, for information on donating money, or support groups that the Clubhouse offers.

“Say it with music” Wrinkles of Washington presents an afternoon of harmonizing, dancing, comedy, instrumentals and song, to benefit Senior Services for South Sound, at 2 p.m., at Olympia High School Performing Arts Center, 1302 North St. Tickets are $15, and are available at Yenney’s Music, and the Olympia and Lacey Senior Centers.
