Free family "Pool Safely" event slated for Saturday

Families are invited to a free "Pool Safely Day" on Saturday at Briggs YMCA, 1530 Yelm Highway S.E., Olympia.

Children ages 4-10 can attend a one-hour session on water safety skills while their parents attend a workshop on first-aid and CPR.

Sessions begin at 1 and 2 p.m.
