Level 3 sex offender registers, will live in Thurston County as a transient

Level 3 sex offender Skyler L. Boyd has registered indicating that he plans to live in Thurston County as a transient, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Also according to the Sheriff’s Office:

Boyd pleaded guilty Oct. 31, 2006, in Thurston County Juvenile Court to three counts of third-degree malicious mischief with sexual motivation and was sentenced to 42-52 weeks of confinement.  The conviction stems from Boyd, at 15, engaging in sexual behavior while incarcerated in a juvenile detention center.

He pleaded guilty May 19, 2008, in Thurston County Juvenile Court to one count of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion and one count of attempted indecent liberties and was sentenced to 118-165 weeks of confinement. The conviction stems from Boyd, at 16, having sexual contact with two non-familial female peers.

Boyd, 20, is described as a white male, 6 feet and 232 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
