Wolfe just lost one voter’s vote

OlympiaSeptember 8, 2012

I

went to a Thurston County commissioners meeting this week. I watched a retired Army sergeant get up in front of the commissioners to read a letter. He represents the Veterans Administration, Disabled American Veterans and American Veterans. This letter was written to state Auditor Brian Sontag, asking his office to do a performance audit on the veterans funds, because he believes the monies are being mismanaged. As I sat and listened to him read his letter, Commissioner Cathy Wolfe was condescending and rude to him. He was not allowed to respond. I have always voted for Wolfe in the past. As she clearly spoke her thoughts at today’s meeting, I have decided not to vote for her in the general election. So I encourage other voters not to vote for her and to seek out other candidates.
