Have an unruly garden to renovate? A master bedroom to turn into a luxury suite? A hideous bathroom to demolish? You’ll want to attend the Olympia Master Builders Home & Garden Show this weekend. Details:

Olympia Master Builders Home & Garden Show

When: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 pm. Sunday

Where: Saint Martin’s University Marcus Pavilion in Lacey

Cost: $5 for adults; kids younger than 12 free. Seniors receive half-off admission Sunday; military discounts

What it is: More than 100 vendors scattered across the pavilion, Worthington Center and a front parking lot. Vendors will sell products and services related to home construction, remodeling, landscaping and home decor

Speakers/lectures: A number of talks - from hiring a contractor to creating hanging baskets, how to live efficiently on solar energy, how to make your home more energy efficient and how to control pests. A detailed schedule is at the website.
