Erik Price also posseses McPhee’s qualities

JANET MCCLANAHAN MOODY

I wholeheartedly support retiring Judge Tom McPhee’s endorsement of Erik Price for his current position on the Thurston County Superior Court bench.

McPhee has served Thurston County with great integrity, fairness, empathy and knowledge of the law. Those are the same attributes I have always witnessed from my friend and colleague Erik Price.

I have served for a number of years with Erik on the board of directors for the Thurston County Bar Association. Erik continually impresses me with his ability to logically reason through issues and offer fair, realistic solutions. Erik has the knowledge and complex litigation experience to make important rulings. He carefully listens to all sides of an issue before coming to a conclusion.

These are the qualities we all hope to encounter when coming before a judge. These are the qualities we have experienced from Judge McPhee and will continue to experience from Erik Price.
