The trash is piling up at closed corner store

Who owns the former AM/PM convenience store on Auto Mall Drive and Evergreen Park Drive? The store closed more than six months ago and is surrounded be fences. The trash, however, continues to flow and flow and flow.

I did see a group of people clean up the site about two months ago, bagging the trash but leaving the bags there. Now the critters have opened the bags and we are back to where it began.

Who or what is responsible for the property and how can we clean it up? I smell some fines, if not.
