Olympia police arrested a 43-year-old man on suspicion of burglary Saturday after pulling over his vehicle and finding more than 10 "Eddie Bauer brand fleece-style jackets that were still on hangers and still had their $199" price tags on them, court papers state.

Also according to court papers:

After the suspect's car was pulled over in the 600 block of Black Lake Blvd. about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, police learned that someone had just shattered the large front glass door at the Eddie Bauer store in the Westfield Capital Mall.

A large rock appeared to have been thrown through the window.

Upon entering the store, an investigating officer found a nearly-empty coat rack. Remaining coats on the rack closely resembled the ones found in the suspect's car on Black Lake Blvd. The suspect in the pulled-over car said he had purchased the jackets, but he could not explain how they came to be in his possession.

The suspect was arrested and booked on suspicion of burglary and possession of stolen property.
