UPDATE: North Thurston and Kennewick will play at 4 p.m. Saturday

The time for Saturday's 3A first round state playoff game between North Thurston and Kennewick has been scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday at Lampson Stadium in Kennewick. The decision on a time was made by the activity directors between West Central District III and District 5.

First-round state playoff games
2A: Steilacoom (6-4) v. Tumwater (9-1), 7 p.m. Friday, Tumwater District Stadium
2A: Capital (8-2) v. Lakewood (9-1), 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Goddard Stadium (Mariner High School)
3A: Marysville-Pilchuck (8-2) v. Timberline (9-1), 7 p.m. Saturday, South Sound Stadium
3A: North Thurston (8-2) v. Kennewick (7-2-1), 4 p.m. Saturday, Lampson Stadium
1B: Mary M. Knight v. Lopez Island, 4 p.m. Saturday at Oak Harbor
