Tonight, the Olympia School Board will hold two executive sessions –- one at 6 p.m. with legal counsel to discuss pending and filed legal matters, and one immediately after its regular board meeting to discuss a student discipline appeal -- at the Knox Administrative Center, 1113 Legion Way S.E., Olympia.

Neither will be open to the public.

However, the board’s regular meeting is open to the public, and is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Agenda items include: an update on the district’s Strategic Plan process; a resolution to authorize rollback of 2013 Excess Levy Authority and to authorize uncollected administrative refunds regarding collection of the Maintenance and Operations and Capital Projects levies; and an award of a construction bid for the Olympia Regional Learning Academy.
