The Olympia School District will hold a community forum from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. next Wednesday, Dec. 5, to gather input on initial plans and designs for the new Olympia Regional Learning Academy (ORLA).

The 66,000-square-foot facility will be built on a vacant lot and former site of McKinley Elementary School, on the corner of Boulevard Road and 15th Avenue SE, Olympia. Construction is scheduled to begin next summer or fall.

The forum, which is open to the public, will be in the board room at the Knox Administrative Center, 1113 Legion Way SE, Olympia.
