Saint Martin’s University will hold a Christmas carol sing-along and tree blessing at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Marcus Pavilion, 5300 Pacific Ave. SE, Lacey.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature performances by the University Chorale and the American Legion band.

“I am thrilled to bring in the Christmas season with this fun-filled celebration,” Chorale director Darrell Born said in a news release. “By presenting the concert and then participating in the carol sing-along and tree blessing, the chorale is celebrating both the amazing community of which we are a part and the sacred spirit of this time of year.”

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and holiday refreshments will be served after the event.

For more information on the event, call 360-412-6140.
