Supreme Court opinions in Schaller case are here

Go hereand hereto find the Washington state Supreme Court's two opinions today that said Christine Schaller of Tacoma can indeed serve as Superior Court judge in Olympia. The court’s majority and concurring opinions upheld a lower court ruling, which had rejected arguments advanced on behalf of the candidates Schaller defeated in this year’s elections.
