Let’s make Olympia boater friendly again

The Olympia City Council should quit dithering and make the decision soon to replace the floats at Percival Landing. Olympia was always a popular cruising destination for boaters until the electricity and water were taken away from the floats for safety reasons and never replaced. Our waterfront is Olympia’s crowning jewel ... let’s make it boater friendly again.

I do not live in the city and could not vote for any of the council members, but it seems many important decisions are delayed and delayed waiting for public “approval.” You were elected to make decisions as best you can for the good of our city.

You will never get consensus from the public on anything.
