W ith the holiday season upon us, newspaper cartoonists this week take a seasonal perspective on the issues of the day. First off, make sure your children get a flu shot and the other immunizations that they need to protect everyone in the community. Good news for some: If the world really does end as the Mayan calendar predicts, you won’t have to shop for Christmas, or worry about partisan politics.
