Shipping news: Cook Strait to load logs for China, South Korea

The Cook Strait will load logs at the Port of Olympia through Jan. 5, then deliver them to China and South Korea.

Ship visit details:

-Flag: Hong Kong

-Cargo: About 5.5 million board feet of logs.

-Customer: Weyerhaeuser.

-Work schedule: Night shift Friday; day shifts Saturday and Sunday; idle Monday and Tuesday; day shifts Wednesday through Saturday.
