‘Fiscal cliff,’ year’s debt and shooting looms at end of 2012

As Congress marches closer to the so-called fiscal cliff, Americans voice disgust with lawmakers’ inability to reach a compromise.

The National Rifle Association continues to take heat for its response to the mass murder of 20 children and six adults at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.

Parents hugged their children a little tighter on Christmas Day and Father Time exits 2012 burdened with debt.
