Woman hurt in Tumwater crash; driver arrested

Tumwater police are investigating a single-car crash that occurred in the 5700 block of Littlerock Road about 1:30 a.m. today.

According to police:

A female passenger in the car was injured, and the 33-year-old male driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular assault.

While police were at the scene, a second vehicle pulled up without its lights on, and its occupants tried to make contact the people involved in the crash. After a short foot pursuit, the driver of the second vehicle was taken into custody as well.
