N. Thurston School Board to discuss brokerage agreement for surplus land

On Tuesday, the North Thurston School Board will recognize the district’s Academic All Stars, hear an update about the district’s operations department and discuss a real estate brokerage agreement for nearly 16 acres of surplus property at 425 Marvin Road S.E., Olympia.

If the agreement is approved, the property could be listed on the market for $750,000, according to materials provided to the board.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the John W. Gott Administrative Center, 305 College St. NE, Lacey.
