In 2011, his first year in the league as a coach, Hilliard served as an assistant wide receivers coach for the Miami Dolphins.
Anselmo comes to Buffalo as a familiar face to the club's new head coach, Doug Marrone, after spending four years with him at Syracuse as a secondary coach and assistant head coach for the 2011-12 seasons.
Luther joins the Bills after spending the previous 13 years at Syracuse, most recently, from 2007-12 as the director of strength and conditioning.
