When do my benefits start to kick in?

As we make our way to a full-scale Utopian society with complete care of the individual by our loving and benevolent government, could someone please let me know when any benefits from all of this fundamental change kick in?

I’ll continue to hold my breath.

Frankly, I’d prefer a constitutionally limited government, with minimal control over my personal life.

Can I get a witness?
