Boo: Tenino Clutter

Why is Tenino City Councilman Frank Anderson surprised that his city is suing him for failing to clean up the four nuisance properties that he owns? The city had already tagged him with $127,000 in penalties for failing to clean up one of the properties.

An elected official has the obligation to lead by example as a model citizen. Furthermore, elected officials have the responsibility to work in a collaborative fashion with the jurisdiction they are elected to represent.

So far, Councilman Anderson isn’t doing either.
