Kingma leads UW past Ducks
Playing without point guard Jazmine Davis, who took an elbow to the head against Washington State a week ago, Washington Huskies guard Kristi Kingma put the team on her back for a second consecutive game, scoring 20 points in Washington’s 66-53 victory over Oregon. Talia Walton, who finished with 18 points and 13 rebounds, led the Huskies on a 15-3 run to take a 20-point lead 3:31 into the second half. Washington (14-5 overall, 6-2 Pacific-12 Conference) forced 16 turnovers by Oregon (3-17, 1-7) and had 13 steals, four by Kingma.
