Environmental priorities talk is tonight in Olympia

Brad Shannon

The Carnegie Group in Olympia is hosting an informal talk this evening by Lisa Remlinger, outreach director of the Environmental Priorities Coalition, about top issues the coalition is pursuing at the Legislature this year.

The event is at the Traditions Fair Trade Cafe along Fifth Avenue in Olympia and begins with a 5:3 p.m. social time. Remlinger is expected to make her presentation at 6:45 p.m., highlighting clean energy, conservation projects and a bill to outlaw a toxic chemical used as a flame retardant in couches and other consumer products.
